On-Site Service

·             $50 On-site Charge

o      Wireless customers receive up to 1 hour Internet troubleshooting with the On-site Charge.

·             $50/hr for High Speed and Dialup Customers

o      Includes

§       TCP/IP or Dialup configuration of computers and network devices to use 281.COM Internet connection and 281 installed routers and wireless access points.

§       Internet equipment troubleshooting and repair

§       Computer hookup and cable runs

o      Does not include Computer Repair

·             $95 per hour once on-site

o      Computer Repair

o      Device installation (Camera's, phones, printers, scanners, etc.)

o      Network configuration (Not Internet)

§       Network Printers

§       File Sharing

§       Security

·             $135 per hour, Emergency Repair/On-site

o      Not always available (at office management discretion)

o      Go On-site immediately (or ASAP)

·             Parts

o      Repair Technician will quote on parts, cables, etc. needed to complete repair.
