o    Modem/Memory/DVD/etc. Hardware installed in working computer.

o    Basic Data backup and restore to new computer.

·                  $85 Basic Repairs

o    Estimated time to bench (start on repair) given when brought in.

o    Includes hardware and software troubleshooting.

o    Includes Virus/Spyware scan/cleaning, Defrag, and Windows and other Updates.

·                  $85 per hour, Extended Repairs

o    Repair Technician will contact customer with a time estimate to complete.

o    Extensive software installation, special network configuration or data backup/recovery.

·                  $135 per hour, Emergency Repair/On-site

o    Not always available (at office management discretion)

o    Place your computer on bench for immediate attention.

o    Go on-site immediately (or ASAP).

·                  90 Days Parts and Labor Warranty,

o     Modems, Memory, Power Supplies, Video Cards, Motherboards, CPU’s, Sound cards, etc.
